Health camps for Delhi teachers, students held

The Illness to Wellness campaign and Yolohealth, a healthcare technology company, held another health camp in Delhi for teachers and students at Guru Harkrishan Public School in Vasant Vihar, New Delhi, recently. The earlier camp was held in July 2024 at Shri Sai Bhakta Samaj in New Delhi.

The latest camp (held in Vasant Vihar, Delhi) offered preventive health check-ups, testing over 160 people across 22 parameters, including blood pressure, blood sugar, BMI checks, and many other invasive and non-invasive tests.

These health camps aim to sensitize citizens on the importance of detecting potential health issues at an early stage. YoloHealth used its HealthATM product to show how technology has evolved in delivering accurate health assessment reports. These HealthATM machines are designed to offer primary and preventive healthcare services with the goal of ensuring easy public access.

The Illness to Wellness campaign was launched in 2014 and remains committed to promoting health and well-being through empowering, educating, collaborating, and adopting sustainable health practices. Over the years, it has aimed to maximize outreach and impact, from organizing camps and awareness campaigns to holding regular webinars on key health topics and developments.

Anil Rajput, Chairperson, ASSOCHAM National CSR Council, said, “The Illness to Wellness and Yolohealth awareness campaign has been able to make a significant impact through the health camps in a relatively short period of time. We will approach many more principals of other schools to enable the setting up of Illness to Wellness and Yolohealth awareness camps.”
