Freedom From Diabetes to organise its annual mega event for diabetics – “Muktotsav 2019”

The event will felicitate diabetics who have reversed diabetes by passing the Glucose Tolerance Test

Freedom from Diabetes, which has brought hope, happiness and good health to thousands of individuals through its proven Diabetes Reversal Programs is organizing Muktostav 2019 - the Festival of Freedom on 8th December, at Bal Gandharva Ranga Mandir, an annual program for diabetes patients. It is a festival which brings you an experience of insights, inspiration and joy that continues to stay with you for the entire year. More than 100 diabetic patients who have cleared the Glucose tolerance test (GTT) will be honoured at the event at the hands of Dr. Banshi Saboo, MD. PhD, President, Research Society for the Study of Diabetes in India (RSSDI), Swanand Kirkire, Lyricist & Singer, Arun Govil, Actor, Mrinal Kulkarni, Actor and more .

The program will start with a soulful instrumental music from renowned artists - Pandit Ramdas Palsule, Dilip Kale and Amar Oak. This will be followed by a special session on ‘Learned Optimism & Mental Health in Diabetics’ by Dr. Pramod Tripathi culminating with the felicitation ceremony.

Dr Pramod Tripathi, founder, Freedom from Diabetes, said, “It is a matter of concern that India is on its way to become the diabetes capital of the world, especially Type 2 diabetes which can be avoided and reversed if diabetics make changes in their diet and exercise regime. Through Muktotsav, we aim to celebrate the success of those diabetics who have freed themselves from medicine or insulin and also passed the GTT test. This will further give inspiration to other diabetic patients across India to reverse diabetes.”
